Answers to video questions
Not sure if I am supposed to answer the questions about the video here but just in case.
1) I think after watching the video it is so important because so many people can watch the same type of media and interpret in so many ways. This is especially true with students. My daughters watched video on animal cruelty but all they could see was that the dogs were cute, not that they were being abused.
2) I think the most importtant part for me to learn is how to look at media in a mor objective way. I have had a general negative thought process about how media presents things for quite sometime. I think many children also take on the biases that their parents take on as well, so also how do we get them to look objectively.
3) I am not as technologically advanced as I feel I should be. I don't have a smart phone, I do not really use social media, and for the most part I look at technology as a way to get things accomplished not so much as a fun way of doing things at times. I hope to feel better about that after this course.

Introduction
I was born and raised in Doddridge county WV. I moved away for some time but moved back to this area 3 years ago. I am currently teaching Special Education in Lewis county for middle school students. I hope to learn many new skills that I can share with my students to get them more excited about coming to school and enjoy learning in a more technological environment.

How much education does one person need
I will have completed two masters degrees at the end of this school year. WVU supplied me with my first masters degree. An MBA that has did little to help me over the past 7 years. Glad to see this masters is going to pay off in the long run.
